Bain & Company Announces Services Alliance With OpenAI to Help Enterprise Clients Identify and Realize the Full Potential and Maximum Value of AI


Our cooperation combines the industry-leading AI technological developments of OpenAI with Bain’s globally renowned strategic and digital application delivery expertise; The Coca-Cola Company was announced as the alliance’s initial participant.

A global services partnership between Bain & Company and OpenAI, the research and development firm behind the ChatGPT, DALLE, and Codex AI systems that are revolutionising human interaction with technology, was recently revealed.

The partnership expands on Bain’s use of OpenAI technology for its 18,000-person, multidisciplinary knowledge workforce. Bain has integrated OpenAI technology into its own knowledge management systems, research, and operations during the past year to increase productivity.

As a result of the initial successes of those efforts, Bain and OpenAI are collaborating to make OpenAI’s ground-breaking capabilities available to all of its clients worldwide. Through the agreement, Bain will be able to assist its clients globally in recognising and implementing the value of AI in order to maximise business potential by fusing their strong digital implementation capabilities and strategic knowledge with OpenAI’s AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT. Today, Bain also revealed that The Coca-Cola Company is the first business to interact with the new alliance.
