Kaleyra extends Oracle partnership to leverage Oracle Cloud
Many of the upcoming services that Kaleyra, Inc., an Oracle PartnerNetwork member and rapidly expanding omnichannel business communications platform, will launch in late 2022, will be powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Kaleyra will be able to extend its current partnership with Oracle through this deeper partnership, effectively reaching thousands of customers.
Oracle Cloud was chosen by Kaleyra to power some of its most recent services in order to serve this enormous market because of its superior performance, cost effectiveness, improved security, worldwide availability, and on-demand scalability. The integrated solution can benefit thousands of clients globally by bringing speed, dependability, and security. The expanded platform from Kaleyra offers enterprise businesses all over the world a secure system of application programming interfaces (APIs) and connectivity solutions in the API/Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) market.
When Oracle Eloqua and Responsys were natively integrated into Kaleyra’s communication gateways for delivery in 2018, Kaleyra and Oracle began a long-term relationship. Customers’ adoption has grown along with the volume of communications over time in the U.S., European, and APAC markets as a result of this native integration.
The Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (ACX) framework, which developers can use to create plugins for the Oracle product suite, was more recently used by Kaleyra to provide another connectivity between its SaaS platform, Kaleyra.io, and Oracle Eloqua in 2020. This link will take you to the Oracle Cloud Marketplace where the Kaleyra plugin is offered. In order to develop plugins for other communication channels, Kaleyra intends to use Oracle ACX in the future.
