Kdan Mobile and CyberLink Partner to Enhance e-Signature Anti-fraud Capabilities with AI Technology

A partnership between CyberLink Corp. (5203. TW), a leader in AI and facial recognition technology, and Kdan Mobile Software Ltd., a prominent SaaS supplier of productivity and e-signature solutions, has been announced. Identity verification and contract signing are connected through the integration of FaceMe® eKYC from CyberLink and DottedSign from Kdan, improving the anti-fraud capabilities of the signing process. In terms of technology exports, the relationship also marks a key turning point for Kdan and lays the path for future collaborations.

Kdan Mobile offers a range of solutions, including document applications, electronic signatures, and APIs/SDKs for companies and technical partners, using industry-leading PDF and e-signature technology. The application of the services to new scenarios thanks to the integration of DottedSign and FaceMe will improve the e-signature process’s fraud prevention and identification capabilities.
